At Bella Cosa Events, my process begins with a personal touch. When clients, many of whom come through referrals, reach out to me to discuss their event needs, we initiate a conversation. We then schedule a consultation session where we delve into the specifics of their unique vision. For this in-depth consultation, there is a fee of $200, which I apply toward the final cost of the event if the client decides to proceed. If, for any reason, they choose not to move forward, I promptly reimburse this fee. This client-centric approach is what I fondly refer to as the 'conversation deposit,' a testament to my dedication to transparent and personalized event planning.
